This is a full-time position based in our Longford office location.

Dotdynamic’s paid media team is growing and we are looking for a Paid Media Associate to join us in helping our amazing clients create great online experiences. We are looking for someone who will be able to assist our Paid Media Specialist to implement and manage successful paid media strategies using all relevant paid channels.

As a Paid Media Associate, you will likely have had some experience working on Pay Per Click (PPC – Google Ads or Bing Ads) or Paid Social campaigns in the past and we want to help you take things to the next level. You will be working with us to create and implement exceptional paid marketing campaigns for our clients including search, display, remarketing, video, and social channels. You will also be working closely with clients, reporting campaign performance and optimizing campaigns to help them achieve their KPIs.

This is a full-time position based in our Longford office location.



  • One or more years experience of managing Paid Search, Social and/or Display campaigns.
  • Google Ads and/or Bing ads certification.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using and interpreting data through a web analytics platform such as Google Analytics.
  • Very disciplined, organised & self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Drive and ambition to continue learning and do bigger and better things.
  • Results driven with an attention to detail.
  • Team player – You will be working as part of a team with our Paid Media Specialist.


Any of the following skills will make you a much stronger candidate for this position:

  • Experience managing large PPC accounts.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing and/or Inbound Marketing Certification (Check out HubSpot’s Inbound Certification).
  • Media Buying
  • Paid Social Advertising.
  • Conversion Optimisation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.


Working with and reporting to the Paid Media Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Optimising and managing paid accounts on a daily basis to ensure the best possible ROI for the client.
  • Identifying new opportunities for each account, proposing new strategies to the client, and implementing and reporting back to the client.
  • Working closely with the client to develop advertising assets such as landing pages, ad messaging, display ads etc.
  • Carefully managing client’s budgets.
  • Creating account performance reports, communicating findings to the client, and establishing strategies to improve performance.
  • Working with Channel Account Managers to identify new opportunities.
  • Reviewing and auditing new client accounts.
